I specialize in reaching people who might not have naturally found yoga or meditation, making the practice accessible and meaningful for all backgrounds and abilities.
in the past two decades I have trained hundreds of teachers, in an in-depth 500H TTC and ATC, and taught thousands of student through my retreats around the globe.

Professional Experience
Since 2013, I have been training yoga and meditation teachers through a comprehensive 500-hour program spread over two years, certifying over 150 teachers.
I specialize in teaching audiences who would not naturally be exposed to yoga and meditation. Over the years, I have also led annual mindfulness workshops for educators, taught yoga to incarcerated individuals, volunteered as a teaching assistant in an elementary school, provided yoga classes for high-risk youth in a hospital setting, conducted mindfulness sessions for gifted students, led meditation and Eastern philosophy courses, and taught mindfulness programs to children across various age groups.
